YNT airflow dyeing machine with its energy-saving and environmental features, works on the principle of the aerodynamic, leads the high speed airflow into the nozzles and atomizes the staining solution which is coming through another tube simultaneously. This airflow pushes forward the fabric and makes it possible for the solution to get in touch with the?fabric in a very short time, resulting in even distributed dyeing. By contrast to the traditional dyeing machine, water works only as a carrier while the high speed airflow is pushing the fabric forward. When passing through the nozzles, the fabric goes forward steadily and fully extended and doesn't make any creases.
